What is Gin?

Gin is a neutral grain spirit re-distilled with botanicals, but predominately sources its flavour from the juniper berry. 

Taste Profile:

Flavours of corriander, citrus peels, nutmeg, cinnamon, and anise can be found. The flavours vary in the different styles of gin and the process they are made.
