What is Rosé?
Rosé is created when the skins of the grape only touch the wine for a short time. The colour of Rosé varies depending on the winemaker and the length of time the grape skins are left in the wine. Any style of red skin grape can be used to make Rosé.
Common flavours are stawberry, honeydew melon, citrus, rose, and rhubarb. The taste varies depending on the grape used in making the wine.
