What is Port?

Port is a sweet wine with flavours of blackberry, raspberry, caramel, cinnamon and chocolate sauce. The two primary styles of Port are red which has a more chocolate and berry flavour (also slightly less sweet), and Tawny has more caramel and nut flavours (tends to be more sweet than the red). When serving Port it should be served just below room temperature, around 16°C.
