What is Bourbon?

Bourbon is a barrel-aged distilled spirit made primarily from corn. It began in Maryland and Pennsylvania, but then had to move to Kentucky due to higher taxes.

Flavours of vanilla, cinnamon, toffee, dried fruit, and oak can be found.
