What Is Scotch?

Scotch is made from malted barley and is made in Scotland. To be considered Scotch it must also be aged in oak for a minimum of 3 years.

Taste Profile:

Common flavours are salt, smoke, fruit, nut, and floral. These flavours vary depending on the region the Scotch made. The four main regions are: The Islands, Speyside, Highlands, and Lowlands.
