What is Sauvignon Blanc? 

It differs from Chardonnay because of its green and herbaceous flavours. It one of the most widely planted grape varities worldwide which makes it have a wide range of flavours and styles. It has a medium to medium-high acidity. Suggested serving temperature is between 8ºC- 11ºC. 

Taste Profile: 

Primary flavours green apple, passion fruit, and white peach are common flavours. Other flavours of bell pepper, grass, and jalepeno are also common flavours which differs it from other white wine varieties. Sauvignon Blanc is a dry wine, but some varieties add sugar to increase the texture of the wine.
