RAYZR’S CELLAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day online through our secure online payment system but will only be available for pick up or delivery during regular business and delivery hours. Orders can also be placed by phone for pick-up at 1-306-786-8888 during regular business hours (Monday to Saturday from 9am to 10pm and Sundays from 11am to 7pm).
Orders processed in-store and online and selected for delivery will only be available for delivery during regular delivery hours.Rayzr's Cellar currently delivers orders within a 5 km radius of the store. In addition, deliveries must be prepaid and the person accepting the delivery must be the person who purchased the order and be 19 years of age or older with a valid photo ID upon delivery. On orders of less than $150 there will be an $8 delivery charge added on to the purchase.

We are unable to ship our products within or outside of Saskatchewan.
Pricing & Availability
Availability: Our availability estimates for out of stock products (e.g. This item usually ships in 2-7 business days) are approximate, based on our average wait time for products to be received back into stock in addition to the availability of the manufacturer and suppliers. Special orders may take longer for us to receive into stock. If you place an order for a product that will take longer than the average 2-7 business days to receive into stock, you will be notified either by email or telephone by one of our sales representatives, at which point you will have the opportunity to revise your order if so desired. Your credit card will not be charged for the amount of your order until all products are in-stock and ready to ship.

In-store Purchases: Rayzr’s Cellar offers an in-store, 10-day return policy on all products excluding clearance items, unused items when returned in their original packaging and with the original receipt. In addition, Rayzr’s Cellar offers an exchange or in-store credit on all products excluding clearance items, unused items when returned in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase. Items marked clearly as "Final Sale" or “Clearance” may not be returned for refund, credit or exchange.
Webstore Purchases: Orders processed online can be returned in person for a refund, exchange or credit if they meet all of the following criteria:
-Must be returned within 10 days of purchase
-Items must be unused and in their original packaging with the original proof of sale
-Items were not clearance or final sale
Our use of your personal information: We use the personal information you provide us with to help facilitate the services you request. Examples of these services are: processing orders you place with us, customizing your experience, informing you about special promotions (if you’ve asked to be informed), detecting and protecting both us and you from fraud and criminal activity and improving our marketing and promotional efforts by analyzing site usage. While some of these uses help us with our business needs, all of them are aimed at providing a better service for our customers, who at any time can choose to not provide us with the information we collect.
Accessing and changing your personal information: At any time, you can view your user profile by logging in and changing your user information yourself. You can change your name, address, telephone number, email address, account password and subscribe or unsubscribe to our e-newsletter. You can view your previous transactions with Rayzr’s Cellar, by visiting your order history page. Upon your request, we will deactivate your user profile including your name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, telephone number and order history from our active database. To make this request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. This information will be deactivated as soon as is reasonably possible once this request is received.
