The texture is soft and granular like fine cocoa powder. Round wood tannins add structure as well as smoothness. Both the flavours and texture of this wine develop on the palate, leading into a long sensual finish that is opulent but not sweet-balanced, rich and refined. Be bold and serve slightly chilled.
