EXPERIENCE: Enticing aromas of peach, flowers and clove. Succulent, creamy apricot fruit on the palate, but with a bracing saline character. Finishes with slate, lemon oil and a hint of nutmeg. Distinctively pure.

PAIRING: enjoy at 10-12° C. Amazing with blue-veined cheese, with fruit-based desserts as well as rich pâtés (foie gras, duck liver). Excellent to enjoy by itself. A great wine for special occasions.
